The Study of Mobile Tele-Care on PSTN The tele-care system is designed to help vulnerable chronically ill people of living in their own homes for indoor and outdoor occasions. We design this pulsimeter sending pulse of record every 60 seconds via Bluetooth SPP Profile to PMG.
