Creepy Radio Backfiring?
So, I moved into a new house about 2 years back. One day, around noon, I was on my computer when a man's voice started coming through the speakers, but it was muffled. It freaked me out so bad, I shut down my computer, but it still kept coming through my speakers. I learned that when I turn my speakers off, it stops. A friend told me it is a radio station backfiring, but why would it be coming through my speakers?? It happens normally, usually around 9 to 11 o'clock in the morning. It happened about twenty minutes ago, and I could make out what it was saying, something about this week's weather forecast. This is really confusing me. Does anybody know what may be causing this?

It sounds like a ham or CB radio that's interfering with you...look on a roof near you for an antenna. He must fix the problem per FCC law.
